Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability
These terms apply to all agreements between Codurion (operating as Pasaa) and users of the pasaa.nl platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Pasaa provides a digital platform for learning the Thai language, including interactive lessons, speech recognition, spaced repetition (FSRS) and a community feature. The platform is available at pasaa.nl.
3. Account
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Abuse of the platform — including creating multiple free accounts to bypass paid features — is not permitted. Codurion reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice in cases of abuse.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Current prices are listed at pasaa.nl/upgrade. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the paid period. No refunds are issued for already-paid periods. In the event of technical outages exceeding 24 hours caused by Codurion, contact us to discuss compensation.
6. Intellectual property
All content on Pasaa — including lesson text, audio recordings, images and software — is owned by Codurion or used under licence. You may not copy, distribute or use content commercially without prior written consent.
7. Liability
Codurion is not liable for indirect damages, consequential loss or lost profits. Codurion's total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid to Pasaa in the three months preceding the incident.
8. Changes
Codurion reserves the right to amend these terms. For material changes, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Overijssel, location Almelo, the Netherlands.
